The Senate last week passed the Interior Appropriations bill, which contained $18 million in funding for important projects across California. As the California Chronicle reported:
Senator Boxer said, “I am so pleased the Senate passed this bill that includes critical funding to improve air and water quality in California and help communities fight wildfires. I look forward to seeing President Obama sign it into law.”
The bill includes the FLAME Act, which will create a federal fund dedicated to helping communities cover the costs of fighting catastrophic wildfires so that agencies no longer have to borrow from funds intended for fire prevention activities. Senator Boxer introduced this legislation in 2008 and co-sponsored Senator Jeff Bingaman“s (D-NM) bill this year.
Senator Boxer said, “By establishing a dedicated federal fund for fighting fires, we will ensure that the Forest Service is not forced to drain other important accounts to fight catastrophic wildfires.”
The Interior Appropriations funding goes to a wide range of projects, including water projects in Rialto, Eureka and Orange County, emissions reductions in the San Joaquin Valley, fire protection in Tahoe and safety renovations at Angel Island. California Chronicle provides details on each of the projects, all of which help to improve health and safety while keeping Californians at work. Senator Boxer has spent years working to secure funding for these sorts of projects in every corner of the state, and continues working every day to make sure California gets its fair share from the federal government.

Any legislation that further dilutes a woman’s right to choose is NOT okay. I want SEPARATION OF CHURCH and STATE. An acorn is not a tree. If a woman can not have authority over her own body she can not have authority over her life. The Europeans are laughing at us.
From the above explanations, it is apparent that, contrary to common beliefs, the male reproductive system is also complex. And anomaly anywhere in the cycle of spermatogenesis, for example, could result in low quality sperm; unhealthy or non-motile sperm cells are incapable of fertilization. Also undescended testes (cryptorchidism), a relatively common condition, could negatively affect the quality of sperm a person produces. In serious cases, this condition can cause cancer of the testes.
Doctors say things like physiologic changes in the man’s life could account for lower male fertility, as well as lifestyle and genetics.
Hey, I think your really on point with this, I can’t say I totally agree , but its not really that much of a issue.
They’re usually well organized.
